Privacy Policy for MathPro

Last updated: July 18, 2026 · Effective: July 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how MathPro ("We", "Us", "Our") handles your information when you use our application. By using MathPro, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. What is MathPro?

MathPro is an Android calculator with several modes — standard, scientific, programmer, percent, worksheet, unit converter, graphing, finance, and date tools. MathPro runs entirely on your device. There is no MathPro account and no MathPro server: your calculations, history, and settings never leave your phone except through Google's advertising services described below.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Data

None. MathPro has no sign-up and no login. We do not collect your name, email, or any account identifier.

2.2 Calculation History

When you press equals, MathPro saves the expression, its result, and a timestamp to a capped local history (the most recent entries only). This history is stored only in your device's private app storage, is used solely to let you search, reuse, and pin past calculations, and is never transmitted to us. You can delete individual entries or clear the whole history from within the app.

2.3 App Settings

Your preferences — theme (light/dark/system), accent colour, angle unit, and last-used mode — are stored only in your device's private app storage so the app opens the way you left it. These are never transmitted to us.

2.4 Advertising Data

MathPro is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (including the advertising ID), IP address, and usage signals to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's privacy policy. In the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, MathPro shows a Google-certified consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalised ads are served.

2.5 What We Do Not Collect

MathPro does not collect your location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera input, or the contents of other apps. It requests no sensitive or dangerous Android permissions — only network access, which is used solely to load ads.

3. How We Use Your Data

We do not use your data to:

  • Upload, read, or profile your calculations or history.
  • Track your location.
  • Sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

MathPro is explicitly designed so that:

  • Your calculations and history never leave your device. They are stored only in the app's private storage.
  • Your settings stay on your device.
  • We have no account and no server, so we hold no profile of you.

5. Sharing Your Data

We share data only in the following circumstances:

7. Your Rights

Because MathPro stores your data only on your device, you control it directly:

  • Access / delete your calculation history in-app (per entry or clear all), or remove everything by clearing app storage or uninstalling.
  • Withdraw or change ad consent at any time via the consent options where offered, and adjust ad personalisation in your device's Google settings; you can also reset your advertising ID in Android settings.

India — Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP)

We process your data only for the purposes described above and support correction or erasure requests at the email below.

European / UK / Swiss Users (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You additionally have rights to access, correct, erase, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ad consent in these regions is collected via Google's User Messaging Platform.

8. Data Security

  • MathPro keeps your history and settings in your device's private app storage.
  • No calculations, history, or settings are transmitted off-device — the strongest possible protection for that data.
  • Communication with Google AdMob uses encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.

9. Children's Privacy

MathPro is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. The app is rated for a general audience and its ad content is requested at the appropriate maximum ad content rating.

10. Third-Party Services

MathPro uses the following Google services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, the "Last updated" date above will change, and for significant changes we will surface a notice in the app. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
