Terms of Service for PDF Craft

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PDF Craft app and services (the "Service"), operated by Laxmi Solutions ("We", "Us", "Our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PDF Craft provides tools to view, edit, convert, compress, secure, and otherwise work with PDF and image files. Some tools run on your device; others send the file you select to our servers for processing and return the result. Files are deleted from our servers after processing (see our Privacy Policy).

2. Accounts

You may use the Service as an anonymous guest, or create a full account by email or Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to verify your email when asked.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

3. Credits & Purchases

Certain tools consume credits. New accounts receive a welcome allowance, and you can earn more (e.g. a daily bonus or rewarded ads) or buy credit packs via Google Play In-App Purchases.
Purchased credits are consumable and are granted after Google confirms the purchase. Credit costs per tool are shown in the app and may change over time.
All purchases are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Except where required by law or Google Play policy, purchases are non-refundable. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the corresponding credits may be revoked and your balance may go negative until restored.
Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the files you process. We claim no ownership of them.
You grant us a limited licence to upload, transiently store, and process your files solely to provide the tool you requested, after which they are deleted.
You represent that you have the right to use and process each file, and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights or any law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Process content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or that you have no right to;
Attempt to breach, overload, evade rate limits, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or its security;
Use the Service to build a competing service, or resell it, without our permission; or
Exceed reasonable use, including file-size and request limits we may impose.

6. Advertising

The free tier displays ads (including rewarded ads that grant credits). Ads are provided by third parties such as Google AdMob and are subject to their terms and policies.

7. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update tools, pricing, and credit costs. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important files.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laxmi Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Laxmi Solutions operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights you may have under your local law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
